The location was great. Front desk level of service and friendliness was exceptional. The attention to details are what made the stay exceptional. Every day, our room was tidied up with there always being fresh towels. The check-in area had complementary coffee, water, and candy. The hotel looked and smelled very clean and inviting.

The receptionists Tina and Bertrand were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is a short walk from both the Seine and Arc de Triumphe. It is on a couple of good bus routes and there is a metro station very close. We had two rooms linked by a kitchenette seating area. It was very useful to have a fridge, kettle, sink, hob and microwave. The building is beautiful and exceedingly clean. The filled baguettes at Sophy’s boulangerie a few doors down were delicious. We would recommend the boeuf bourguignon at the Marceau - almost next door.
There is nothing we didn’t like. I wouldn’t personally have chosen to place the item of taxidermy in the foyer.

The team members are trying their best. Nadia from reception is one of the most professional employee I’ve seen. She absolutely does everything so guest can feel better.
Rooms are relatively small. Deluxe room is Very small. Shower has no water pressure. AC turns off automatically every 1-2 hours. Guests smoke in their rooms. Hotel not very clean.
