Great location, great layout for multiple families. Nice to be so close to the Riverwalk park/trail for walking the dogs. Host was very accommodating with late checkout on New Year's Day.

While this isn't the most modern house, the size and location makes up for it! Lots of beds everywhere, huge yard with tons of patio seating, and the dining table has seating for the whole group.
We loved the clear and simple check out process.
The location can't be beat with walking distance to downtown, the park, and the waterfront.
The only negative was that there is a small separate rental unit attached to this house and you could hear them through the walls of the bedroom and bathroom.

We were visiting family in the area. This house was in a super convenient location, within walking distance to town and the park. If you plan to use the lake do bring your own beach towels (none are provided). The house was clean but it is a bit dark as lighting is older. I would stay again.

There is lots of room for different ages. Ideal for families. Fenced but no dog proof fencing. Comfortable bed. Small kitchen. Kids played out on the grass till dusk. Short walk to park and very nice being able to jump on the Riverwalk loop.
It's by a larger road but quiet inside the house. You should probably bring your own knives if you do a lot of cooking.

We were very comfortable at this property and enjoyed each of us having our own beds and the 3 bathrooms were a plus! The property is a bit outdated and there were some safety issues, as slicks tubs and a dark deep step into one of the bedrooms which almost caused a serious accident. So plan to bring bath mats and night lights. All in all a comfortable and very convenient place to stay in Chelan.

We used Riverwalk 1 & 2 for a family gathering. Having a large outdoor and indoor central space was terrific. Yes, we left saying “Next Year” when we will be back.

We were a group of 7 adult women. Number of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms worked very well. Loved that it was less than a five minute walk to town and the River Walk. Morning coffee from Vogue was I hand very easily. Enjoyed two awesome dinners at the Landing Bar & Grill.

The house is very spread out, so even though we had 12 people and 2 dogs, no one felt like we were on top of each other. Beds were all memory foam and comfortable. Could use more seats in the living room, but we just used dining room chairs.

We really enjoyed staying here. Plenty of room and was perfect for our needs. We also loved how stocked and organized the kitchen was.
Best communication I’ve had with any rental and they were so understanding and helpful with our changes with our party.

We had family come to Lake Chelan from all over Oregon, Washington and Idaho. The house was roomy for all of us inside and out! Great location because we walked to almost everything, included a walking path to the lake. Thank you for letting us stay!

We chose this property because it didn't have bunk beds.
We had six adults in the house and everyone had plenty of space.
The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and a small selection of spices and oil.
Overall, worth the price.

Especially when in the outdoor hot tub! Easy to get to outdoor activities and lots of in-town attractions. However, we planned on going skiing two days at Echo Ridge Nordic area. Lots of trails, but one major issue. Between the three government agencies involved, none of them was taking responsibility for clearing the steep, winding road up to the trails. Iced over like it was, the road was tricky even with our four wheel Subaru. The second day we weren't so lucky. Make sure you have the right vehicle, tires and/or chains if you plan on skiing at Echo Ridge.

This is the 4th or 5th time my friends and I have stayed at this property for Winterfest. The house is always sparkling clean and the management responsive. (The dining room lightbulb was burned out and the management had it replaced within an hour--and it was Friday after 5:00pm.)
This is the perfect place for a large group that wants to enjoy Lake Chelan shopping, wine tasting, hiking and/or lake activities.

We couldn't get over how centrally located this was to downtown Chelan. A five minute walk to just about everything - Ruby Theater, Safeway, restaurants, the waterfront park, and multiple walking trails.
The house is sizable with a large yard for those traveling with dogs. Fireplace made the main living area super cozy but the bedrooms stayed chilly - fortunately plenty of extra blankets helped when it came time for bed! The kitchen was modern with plenty of utensils and basic appliances for families who prefer to eat in during their stay. We'd definitely stay here again!

Not a better spoke to stay if you want an easy walk to downtown. We booked both of the riverwalk properties for a golf trip and had a great time.

We all had a wonderful stay! The location is amazing! It is a quaint little town that has so much to offer! Communication was easy though we really didn’t need to contact the property managers during our stay since we had everything we needed and no concerns that needed to be addressed. It was all prepared for well prior to our arrival. We will be back for sure!

We decided to have our annual family vacation in Chelan. The yard was large enough for the kids and dogs. Plenty of room for everyone and a very convenient location within walking distance to the lake, downtown and grocery store.
