Many things to like about this hotel. Location with pretty river views and Sakura. Near tram stop and shopping alley. Fabulous breakfast with many options both western and Japanese. Clean. Staff is good.

Room is quite big compare to a lot of Japanese hotel.
View is nice to over look the river, easy walk to the center.
Front desk were very confused when we checked out, we paid car park when we check in, but they seems forgot to put it in.

Great location, great mattress
The room was listed as non-smoking, but cigarette smell from neighboring rooms kept seeping in throughout our stay. To make matters worse, the window couldn't be opened, making it impossible to air the room out.
