Great location, easy to access attractions from. The capsules and capsule rooms were both extremely spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and adequately new.
The bed sheets were quite uncomfortable. Rather than a standard fitted sheet there was something that more resembled a mattress protector and it didn't reach the whole way so it kept pulling up. The blanket was also not long enough (and I'm only 160cm). The shared facilities on the 3rd floor were being renovated so the entire area was off limits. This meant no bath, setting areas and i had to eat on the smoking balcony outside. Would have liked some compensation or to at least have been informed in advance since all of the advertised facilities were unusable. I guess at least it'll be nice and new once its finished.

Very cool retro design and free onsen in the city centre.
The privacy curtains were old and kind of see through.

The cabins are big enough to open a large suitcase flat with a tiny bit of space to move around. On the female floor the bathrooms are nice with an area to get ready and a washing machine 300yen + dryer 100yen.
False advertisement about the luggage storage with check out at 10am they only store luggage till 12pm. Dryer doesn’t work well after 4 runs a total of 2 hours the clothes aren’t dry.
