Friendly and informative staff, easy to ask for help and clean up. Location was great and very central to the both main metros of Kaohsiung. Clean bed sheets, towels and nice clean atmosphere. Good hotel for the price range :)
Abit noisy with AC machines outside the window and cars, drain in bathroom was abit clocked up, wanted more places to hang bags etc.

Quiet, calm, convenient location. Value was wonderful. Very clean.
Not the most comfortable room to spend a lot of time but that’s more reason to get outside and explore.

- our room was nothing like the bad reviews. It was super clean and nice
- the bathroom is very comfortable and clean. It has a window to the outside with insect cover
- luggage storage is very well organized and feels safe, even though it’s just in the lobby
- there is free coffee and tea
- staff is very friendly
- check-in was very smooth, all organized around 1 pm, entering the room strictly at 4 pm
- free water available
- elevator
- comfortable
- super affordable, great value for money!
- I think it’s not good for very tall people, as the ceiling is quite low (not a problem for me)
