Abia asteptam sa plec din acel loc!!

Nu arata deloc ca in pozele de prezentare… Era miros inchis in toate camerele si miros de tigara in living. Apartamentul era devastat.. Nu recomand sub nici o forma!!

A place you want to come back to

The view is extraordinary, with a perfect sunrise. It is quiet, comfortable beds, well equipped apartment. Parking place included. Definitely a place you would like to stay during Brasov visit. Close to shops. 45 minutes walk by foot to downtown. It is my second visit at brasov penthouse retreat and intend to come again.

The jacuzzi had not been properly clean I would say, I had to remove visible dirt stains. The temperature of the jacuzzi was fixed at 37 degrees, no more, no less. Very very slow elevator, but this has nothing to do with the apartment itself. The bath has no window.

This place is not worth of money at all dont go there .

Property is sooo old needs a lot of renovation and attention, beds are so uncomfortable and full of bed bugs , bring your own iron cuz they dont have one , only iron board though , many things are broken in the apartment as i said before property needs renovation .

It was a very bad surprise! The location was cleaned superficially, and full of mold. The kitchen was cleaned only at surface: all the cabinets were full of greese, mold and dust. A very bad smell came from under the washbasin. Both bathrooms were full of mold, one of the windows couldn't be closed completely. The big room was very cold. The entire house was full of dust. It is incredible how in 2023 such an apartment can be rented! I truly don't recommend it!

Felt like they did not care for the apartment but rented it for a big amount of money.

The apartment has all the opportunities to be of great value. The builders made it big and it is situated in a "breathable area" as there are no buildings all around it so it has a good view. The building is lovely. The jacuzzi was big and warm. The apartment had all (old/used) equipment needed to stay there.

It was clean but felt dusty like it was cleaned 3 months ago and then rented without being re-touched again.There was a lot of snow on the balcony and they'd made a path but not entirely and you could slip in flipflops (jacuzzi);they provided us with a shovel; and while we cleaned around we found some broken glass;probably a dog was there as we saw some pawprints and some yellow snow;the picture is from the morning as in the night (when we arrived) we did not see it. The water in the jacuzzi was clean;had quite the chlorine in it but it was not awful;in the night there were -14 Celsius degrees and in the jacuzzi, there were 40;really nice to stay in the water but if we turned the jets on all that steam felt like pure chlorine;we just "bathed" together admiring the stars.In the day it was better as there were 2-3 C degrees;but we still could not keep the jets on.While I was washing the dishes I felt my feet wet;because of the broken tap, the water that was running down on it it got behind the cabinet and on the floor;"luckily" they provided us with a mop and a bucket (said it was for when coming from outside with snow on our boots) but the bucket did not have smth to squish the mop... so we kinda absorbed some water but most of it we smeared it around and waited for it to dry.The sofa was a nightmare;stained and dusty and with a moldy feeling.Please wash that or throw it away!They put a TV in the dormitory and the cable was pulled "to the max" in the door;do a better job!

disappointing…

- jacuzzi - apartment is very spacious - shops and restaurants near location

- apartment (yellow 11) looks beaten up and smells akward, it needs to be renovated asap - beds are very uncomfortable and noisy (you cannot turn over without it making squeek noises) - tv remote control needs to be changed - not that close to city center - everything inside looks beaten up and it’s in desparate need of renovation

Not really an amazing place

Jacuzzi,the view

Old furniture,not a clean place .. Even the bed sheet was dirty,old tv and furniture. The jacuzii it's perfect. But without a clean place it's not really a lot.

Okish: shabby & overpriced.

Large apartment, jacuzzi is 101% relaxing.

The apartment is shabby. Furniture okish, but partially not cleaned enough. In one of the bedrooms the paint on the walls is gone. Jacuzzi tub is ok. Kitchen is hard to describe in words - we’ve found it partially flooded, but it was solved. So, the apartment is ok, but definitely overpriced - it’s like the owners don’t care anymore and they rely only on the jacuzzi thing.

Jacuzzi lights didnt work ,central heater partially worked and had a leakage , very bad situation that the electricity droped off for 2 hour we called the owners no one responds we didnt have any light !! We couldnt see nothing !or do anything from 22:30 untill 1:00 pm

1st the pictures are totally different from the site 2 bathroom are broken The furniture are dirty Not a healthy place to keep the childern The beds are full of hair and nails Windows are broken

Superb

The hot tub is perfect on a cool morning. Shopping center is a two minute walk from the apartment. Nice neighborhood.

If you want to watch Netflix, make sure you bring a laptop and hdmi cable. None of the interior doors have locks.

the jacuzzi big enough for a family of 4 which we enjoyed even when snowing; big terrace

outdated TVs and low wifi reception; the kitchen floor was not clean when we got to the apartment; poor light in the bathroom

The couch is dirty and needs to be clean. There is some furniture damaged from the past. The communication with the staff is excellent. But there is a need for improvement there.

A bit disappointed

- the mountains' panoramic views - quiet - dedicated parking spot in front of the building - good indoor heating system - good jacuzzi heating, 37-40 degrees C even at -8/-10 outside temps. Silent motors, not very noisy. Good continuous water filtration system. Easy to operate. - bedroom linens professionally cleaned - seamless and polite checkin / checkout - address easy to find by food delivery services

- place cleanliness average, dirty toilet bowl, walls and living couch - jacuzzi only 75% functional (not all water flows working, not all console buttons working) - fridge main door hard to open and handle missing (sometimes I managed to move the fridge trying to gently open the door) - bathroom ventilator very noisy (can wake up someone with lighter sleep) - main balcony door handle flimsy and ready to fall (was worried I may brake it entirely) - jacuzzi entry stairs full of ice, hazardous (I went to the gas station to buy some de-icer to reduce the slipping hazard) - some wall sockets are ready to pop out/fall from the wall
