The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect for us since we had a car and we were very close to the entrance of the old town. The hotel had parking for us at 10 Ron per day.
We felt they were a bit understaffed. The same people who run breakfast also run reception so sometimes you had to wait for service. I think the hotel has a lot of potential but has some shortcomings. The room would be much nicer if they had hardwood floors like the reception area. We didn’t like the room’s carpeting floors. The electronic window blinds were lovely for privacy.,The biggest disappointment was the mattress. It was hard and lumpy. The shower was also very slippery . My sense is that the staff is limited. There was one day the room wasn’t cleaned and I know we left the light on for cleaning but were later told our light was on for not disturb. Then later were told that sometimes happens. Also the lightbulb to one of our bedroom reading lights blew out. It’s all about maintenance. There is a lot of potential here just needs some love and care. A bar lounge area at night for drinks when returning to the hotel would make it a 4 star along with these improvements.

Great place, location, views and room. Friendly staff, great breakfast.
Please add some hit chocolate in the morning. A few more glasses in the room, and maybe chairs as well. But this did not take anything from our good experience.

I did like:
- large suite
- private parking lot
- the room was clean
- nice view
There were many things I did not enjoy:
- extremely poor breakfast - a la carte / only eggs, cheese and some salami; no dessert, no jam, no butter, no vegetables etc
- the parking lot that was “reserved” for us was way down the hotel and we had to go up the hill every time in order to get to the hotel - very tiring
- no toiletries, except a bottle that was for both body and hair
- no sides for the bed - there were 2 metal tables and one of them was broken
- no value for money - we paid approx 300€ for just 2 nights
$$$$
