I asked for a room overlooking the square to get the best out of the amazing location and it was well worth the extra money. Room was huge, had two beds (one was on a little mezzanine floor in the room). Staff super helpful when I was lost on the way in to town - they are not super smiley but they are really nice

The location is amazing, you go down and you’re in the center of medieval Braşov. Absolutely, beautiful, and near many restaurants.
We took three rooms. Our room was a bit, too dark, and one of the lights did not work.

The location is great. But that’s about it.
The design is old and needs an upgrade.
Also, this is a historical building, but there is no respect for the architectural herritage of the place. Really bad design.
Reception staff are ok, restaurant staff are rude and dismissive. The food is ok, not exceptional. This is a 2 star hotel at best.
