Location, view, breakfast
There was a wedding party and the staff didn't reserve any parking spots for the other clients of the hotel. We were asked to park our car near the main road between Brasov and Poiana Brasov. The cleaning staff didn't change our sheets on our stay and didn't take our garbage from the room and neither from the balcony.

The pool was great and refreshing. Views were lovely
The room was too hot, the air con didn’t do much and we had 3 single beds for 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast wasn’t the best and one of the staff was rude to us at breakfast. Steep walk into town so we always got an Uber back. Outdoor pool wasn’t open at end of May

I appreciated the kindness and courtesy to accommodate us way ahead of the check in timing. We were extremely tired. Likewise, the house cuisine, the room service, cleaning, the bed comfort ( mattress and pillows quality), the gym, pool, sauna, and the TV channels were available in English - everything was exceptional. We had a great time at the hotel. P.S. they have a cute little cat. If you see her, pls give her a little treat. She is adorable.

The receptionists were very nice and helpful and it is a nice location
Not a 4* star look and feel. Besides the pool area nothing screams 4 stars
At 9.30 PM they knocked on my door with tool service I didn’t order and as I was alone it was quite unpleasant and disturbing
Breakfast was frugal and basic, definitely not suited for a 4 * hotel
