We had a deluxe room in the main part of the building which was fantastic, decorated and maintained to a very high standard. Parking on site was easy although there was an additional charge but it was well worth it for the convenience, and we were aware of this before we booked. Breakfast was fine with a good selection and reception staff, very friendly and accommodating.

The location, the area. Also we can say thanks to "Dragosh" in the reception who was very nice and very helpfull.
he reason I booked this hotel was because the description said there was AC in the rooms — a complete lie.
There was no AC, and nothing to cool the room. I spoke with Dragosh at the reception about it, and he called the manager/owner to find a solution. Shockingly, she started yelling at him so loudly we could hear it. Dragosh was just trying to help us.
The manager also treated us like we were idiots, saying, “Open the windows and in five minutes it’ll be cool.” We tried, but it didn’t help — it was nearly 30°C in the room.
I told the reception this was unfair, as AC was the main reason I chose this hotel. They promised we would receive compensation — we received nothing. They lied just to quiet us.
The water pressure in the shower was awful — so low that it took us twice as long to shower.
The breakfast was okay, but often when items ran out, they either weren’t refilled or took too long.
Also, this hotel is not suitable for older people. There are many stairs, and with no AC and the heat in the room, it’s exhausting — even dangerous.
