Nikolas Haus in Brasov is a perfect apartment for a multi-day stay in Brasov. Completely walkable to the Old Town area with Twin Beans coffee just around the corner for your daily coffee enjoyment. The accommodation is beautiful outside and in! The handy key lockboxes and motion sensing lights make access easy. Bathroom in our unit is a nice size. Kitchenette is equipped enough with tiny sink, mininfridge, 2-burner induction stovetop, microwave and Nespresso machine. Bed is very comfortable, firm with a top layer of cushion. TV and wifi are available. There is no ac, but there is a standing fan. Outdoor area includes a nice seating area and parking within the courtyard.
Don't hesitate to stay!
Not a negative, but One word of caution. If you have a larger car, you may want to park in the street on the back side of the building in the owner's designated no parking zones. The tight right-angle turn into the courtyard is risky and best done by backing the car in. Plus, you may end up trapped if you are trying to take your car in and out daily. Wasn't a problem, though.

The room is very nice and the bed really comfortable. Bathroom is nice aswell. Location is very good and it is really quiet. We were able to park our car inside which was good. And even after check-out we were able to let the car parked there for a few hours. Also the hostess is very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and private parking space very close to the Old Town is rare and appreciated.
The room could benefit from some upgrades as the furniture is very old and shows signs of extensive wear.
Shower drain was clogged and we basically took shower in a small pool which was unpleasant.
Toilet seat was broken which should not really happen with a accommodation rated at 9.4/10.
