The location it’s amazingly peculiar, up on a hill, accessible from a narrow road; the view is nice. The ridge the property is located is very nice with fruit trees all around and a hidden garden with a swing.
One of the reception managers was a delightful person, but the other one was more direct and less friendly.

We have stayed at this hotel three times before and always enjoyed our visits. Unfortunately, this time our experience was a bit disappointing. During our previous stays, we stayed in rooms with terraces and beautiful views, which made our stays truly enjoyable. However, this time we stayed in a room without a view and encountered several issues.
The hot water in the room took a long time to come on, the air circulation was poor, and there was an unpleasant urine smell in the bathroom from the first day. In addition, the coffee and refreshments were completely gone by 8 a.m. When we tried to get coffee around that time, both coffee machines were already empty. I also couldn’t find the kettle in the lobby to prepare some herbal tea for my baby — it seemed that someone had taken it to their room.
Despite all these inconveniences, the hotel’s always wonderful and friendly staff made our stay pleasant once again. Their warm attitude and positive energy helped us overlook these shortcomings.
Unfortunately, during this stay we were not as satisfied as in our previous visits. The room had no view, the hot water took too long to come, the air was stuffy, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. In addition, the coffee and refreshments were finished quite early, and there was no kettle available in the lobby for hot water.
