Close to old town. Hostess happily carried our bags to our room. Quiet with comfortable beds and nice bathroom.

The guest house was only a short 10-15 minute walk from the historic city center and not far from a bus stop. There is also a convenience store teo doors down. A breakfast was included, and the menu varies with typical breakfast items like eggs, pastries, coffee, etc. The food was good. The room was spacious and cosy. The AC worked very well. The view from the balcony was nice. The staff were very helpful and polite. The aesthetic was very much what one wants from a traditional Romanian accommodation in the Brasov area.

The lady owner was polite and helpful. The mattress was good and the linen clean.
If you like the breakfast choices given they are freshly made-apart from option 6.
The two rooms were totally different. The one was decent, the other needed urgent renovation. For a pension of 6 rooms every room counts.
Ours was smelling old.
There is no elevator, and we had to ask for assistance for luggage. The owner's son when we arrived was looking at us 4 women, 1 pregnant and didn't take any action. We had to ask. When we were leaving I had to take them down with the lady owner when her son was sitting on a chair looking at us.
The breakfast was homey but not a lot of options. For the option 6 (croissant and cappuccino) they had no cappuccino finally and provided a super market croissant.
