Staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable , great mattresses, fab location , lovely outdoor pool, amazing massage at the spa. Incredible food . So everything really

Spacious hotel with good views over the city. All the staff were friendly and professional.
The breakfast buffet was well stocked with cold meats, cooked meats, salads, cheeses, eggs, yoghurt, a selection of fruits and pastries and cereals.
Beds were very comfortable and A/C good. It was nice to have the choice of an outdoor and an indoor pool.
Indoor pool quiet warm, but still OK. Lift was out of action for a couple of days, but staff assisted with the luggage. My friend found the walk back from town quite tiring, but Ubers very inexpensive.

Restaurant for breakfast, view of city from balcony in room were good. Room was ordinary, furniture in room was old also balcony was 3rd class building balcony. Menwhile breakfast was ok.
Reception area very poor, no lobby almost. Reception staff makes you feel that you are in state office to pay tax etc :) When we arrived to hotel no words like "welcome to our hotel" or while leaving "how was your stay" etc. On floors there were ugly couches in coridors. Hotel didnt care to details. Ordinary 4 stars but according to service, details unnecssary expensive. If they pay attention to these details, its good hotel.
