The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The breakfast was good and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.

Very central in the Old Town. Clean and comfortable rooms, with a lovely rooftop view from our 3rd floor window. Only a few steps from the main square, but quiet and not noisy.
The staff were warm friendly and very welcoming, especially Denisa & Anastasia.
There’s a good buffet breakfast as well.
All in all it was exceptional value for the charge.
Parking is an issue in Brasov, but the hotel has some parking bays and will keep one for you if they can. Otherwise it’s possible to park within a few minutes’ walk.
It’s an old building without a lift, so if you have mobility issues you need to know that.
An easy extra touch would be to put a kettle with tea & coffee in the room. There’s already a fridge.

The bedroom was large and the bed comfortable. the hotel was central to the city which made sight seeing easy. Vacation up to 12 noon was helpful.
We didn’t like the noise of Sunday night revellers to the early hours, nor the 6am lorries unloading crates of drink and shifting rubbish. The breakfast looked nothing like the photo on booking.com. It was poorly stocked and butter had run out, when we asked for some we were told we couldn’t have any because they’d not got any. There was a kettle in the room but no cups or milk!
