Spacious, clean apartment near the beach. Great host!

Eleni is the nicest lady, very kind, helpfull and amazing. She arranged the taxi for us, allowed us to do the early check in, and to leave our luggage longer at her apartment, because we had a late flight. Apartment is very spacious, has everything you can think of (toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine etc). We had a huge balcony with sunbeds. Apartment was super clean and cleaning lady was coming twice a week. Local beach is very close (5min walk). Bus station is near as well (3min walk) from where you can go to Aya Napa (711 or intercity bus) and Larnaca (424 and 425). Supermarkets and restaurants are in a walking distance (around 10min maybe).

Everything was perfect.

Too short ...

The location was just perfect for me and my son . The beach ⛱️ is very close Maybe the most important thing was the silent of this place. No traffic, no party, no noises. We just wanted to relax and enjoy the sea Eleni is a wonderful person and we are glad we had the opportunity to know her.

Great place

Eleni, thank you very much for a great stay! Quietness, cleanliness, close to the sea (3-5 minutes by feet) very comfortable apartments. Terrace with sun loungers, umbrella, table and clothes dryer. Everything you need in the kitchen. Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, washing machine. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. (Loved the food at Veranda. And breakfasts at CopsCats Cafe.) If you want a relaxing and comfort holiday, then this place is best for it.

Pleasant

We were greeted with 2 cold beers and one bottle of water per apartment (3 rented). It was clean. Wi-Fi was OK, depending where you were. The host addressed small problems in a timely manner. Very nice interior court/garden. The old rusted mini charcoal BBQ was replaced with a similar new one after a few days.

The place needs to be updated. It was nice 20 years ago! We didn't expect such a retro place. The living room had two extra beds instead of sofas. Very small TV, not smart. Only a few local channels. Bad lighting in the interior garden (we gathered together for cards playing in the evening, impossible to see the cards). We stayed in similar priced places that were way better. I wouldn't go back, the rating was misleading!

Everything and especially excellent wi-fi connection!

I do not have any essential comments, perhaps, air-conditioning could be a better. Sometimes it smelled.

It was staying like we wish, hope gonna be there again

Nice and leisure staying, we had everything what we need. Apartment is nice, clear, with comfortable beds, mattresses are super for sweet sleeping. Air conditioner is in bedroom and in dining room too, there is washing mashine and iron, Ellen offers us a umbrella to the beach, it was really good. Close, maybe 10 minutes on foot you can find good restaurants (Mamas Papas is the best) and supermarkets. The beach is 8-10 minutes on foot, without sunbeds but very nice, clean, quiet, not a lot of people in Juni, we loved it. A litlle bit farther is CTO beach with sunbeds and restaurant, entry in the sea is slow on the both strands, suitably for children. Near is a bus stop too, but we rented a car (Sunbay apartmens in easy to find with GPS navigation), Lidl (for buying food) is cca 8 km and we did a lot of trips too. It is easy to drive on left. You have to know, that toiletries in apartment are not available the windows are possibly darken with curtains and jalousie, it is pleasing when is strong sun. Sometimes (on the evening) pinched us a small fly, than you need some repellent. But Elleni is beloved host.

Everyting is nice, but I miss some nets against the insects on the windows and perhaps doors
