Practical place. Staff was positive.
There is an old and a new place of the hotel. They made me stay in the old part. It was okay (bathroom was good) but furniture and the room itself were outdated.

We arrived at 4am and it was great to have someone greet us and show us to our room! All the staff are friendly and ready to help with anything! Rooms have heating, beds were comfortable and shower was hot! Would stay again!
There is a shared kitchen but we didn't find out until day 2 of our stay...didn't really matter as we only wated to make a cup of tea!

El café de la mañana (café en polvo) deja mucho que desear para los que, como yo, necesitamos un buen café para el desayuno.

Very nice breakfast
Modern room with great shower
The unheated pool and jacuzzi were not usable (June) due to very cold nights (but this was expected). Also, the sun never really reached the pool due to the surrounding buildings
