great host, clean room and comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen
room wasn't sound proof, there was some noise from the staircase late at night or early morning when people climbed up and down with luggage

The cleanliness, friendliness of staff, perfect host, equipped kitchen. The room was as described, the structure looked like newly renovated.
The structure doesn't have an elevator. One has to climb a flight of stairs to go up to the first room, and then some more stairs to go up to the kitchen. It wasn't a problem for me as I am fit and had very little luggage.

A very smooth, relaxing and comfortable experience. Very nice owner that responded fast to my messages. The place is beautiful, bright and spacious with minimalistic interior. Location is close to beautiful views of Ibla. Location is also great if you want to be in a quiet area not far from the train station but also not in the busyness of central Ibla.
Nothing to mention. Everything was as expected or better.
