Breakfast & helpful staff
The bathing area needs an anti skid mat as it gets quite slippery with water and soap. It is a safety hazard for falls - especially children and seniors.
Also I understood from the Reception Desk staff (Pratik) on checking out that I was overcharged and the excess of INR 5775

Nice pool and poolside area
There is a smell in the room. Room smelled off for duration of stay. I don’t know how you can call this a 5 star hotel when the A/C vent is clogged with dirt. See picture.
Charging almost 3.000 for a buffet is exceptionally steep, with the food being exceptionally mediocre
Check in was inefficient and took too long
The room was dated, chipped paint etc
I did not like this hotel and do not think it can call itself 5 star by any means
