Die Unterkunft liegt ausserhalb, sehr ruhig und idyllisch.
Das Zimmer ist sehr schön. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut, alles oder zumindest das meiste aus eigenen Nahrungsmitteln.

The nature and silence of the environment. Dominique was very hospitable and willing to help all the time; his cooking was mind-blowing, and knowing that all the food was “faite à maison” with his own products and abilities elevated the entire stay into something really special and genuine. The ferme’s animals were a plus 😍☺️. La ferme du Bascou’s an authentic experience in and of itself!

La dernière vraie ferme auberge d’Ariege.
Excellent pour découvrir une cuisine de terroir avec des produits de la ferme. Idéal pour lire un bon livre entre deux balades aux milieu des champs.

Das Hotel bietet ein paar wenige, einfache aber vollkommen ausreichende Zimmer. Kein Luxus aber mit Balkon und allem was man so braucht. Als Gast empfiehlt sich unbedingt ein Besuch des Restaurants. Man sollte vorher reservieren. Das Menü ist hervorragend und vieles wird vor Ort produziert. Der Betreiber kocht selbst, meint es mit seinen Produkten sehr ernst (und das Ergebnis hält hohen Erwartungen locker stand) und man kann durch die Fenster in der Küche zusehen. Ein Kleinod mit Produkten höchster Qualität. Ein Spaziergang nach dem Abendessen führt an Kühen und einer in allen Richtungen grandiosen Umgebung vorbei. Die Berge sind bei gutem Wetter gut zu sehen. kann man Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Die Location ist schon weit ausserhalb von Pamiers und gut geeignet als Startpunkt für eine Tour in die Pyrenäen.
