Go elsewhere as this place is not worth your money at all

The only good thing about this hotel/apartment was the location of it

It was disgustingly dirty the whole apartment smells of sewage from the bathrooms NO cleaning NO change of bedding or towels even NO toilet paper provided. We asked for them to unblock the drains and were offered a tablet to dissolve in water and unblock them. Obviously we asked for them to do so but once the tablet did it’s job it was us who needed to deal with the gross stuff that came out of the drain in order to have a shower. When we asked if the bed sheets and towels will be changed they said the washing machine is there for you to wash them if you need. On arrival there was a towel as black from dirt as anything chucked in the washing machine soaking wet with whatever the so called cleaner had used it for to smudge the dirt around the place. One child burned their leg while showing as the water changed too quick when adjusted.The TV didn’t work even after reported and someone came to try fix it as of wi fi. The bed sheets on arrival were not clean but most likely used previously and not changed. The bathroom was full of hair and disgust from previous occupants the utensils were not cleaned On checking out were asked if we cleaned the flat and emptied the bins!!!!!!!! The terrace has only small coffe table with stinky and dirty cushions. You had to be creative to fit 5 people to have a drink outside on the balcony! The money we pId was over too much to have the facility and services provided as poor and outdated os they were. Not recommending the place at all!!!! It seems the policy is to take as much money as possible and provide No service at all !!!!!!

Very good

Close to the beach Super location close to the main street with restaurants, but still quite.

Parking is not secure, small and not comfortable at all. But still there are some other parking facilities close to the aparthotel.

Very good location, but be careful at receiving a good apartament.

I stayed 4 nights but I liked only the last 3, because in the first night in did not receive the room I paid for through booking. The location is very near to the beach and the view from room very nice.

The main problem was the fact that in the first night I received a totally diferent apartment than the apartment presented in the photos when I booked. I reserved a 60mp apartament with big room and bog bathroom, and in the fist night I stayed in a much smaller one with a very tiny bathroom with no cabin shower (only the shower system) After opening a dispute on Booking, in the second day, the manager offered me an apartment very good and very similar to the one reserved. So, be careful when you make the reservation to ask photos with the real apartament you are gonna receive it.

We had a very pleasant stay with our two children in the 2 bedroom apartment with see view

Beautiful view from see view apartments.Comfortable bed, water pressure at shower is very good, air conditioner is working very good, quiet neighborhood, good restaurants near the apartment

A little smell in the bathroom from sewage wich can be neutralized if you put water and some anti-odor solutions A mirror in the hall is missing …

Great and looking forward to come back!

The location is perfect, right on the beach! Easy to access the beach ( I even saw a cleaning lady sweeping the sand on the alley to avoid slipping ). The room was very very clean ( we got new hair dryer next day we came ) but all appliances was new and clean. We found parking spot right in front of the hotel, great restaurant near hotel and supermarket 200m away.

Our room didn't have a balcony ( we knew from the beginning ) and we missed that, otherwise everything was great!

Near the beach

The room wasn't clean, the sink in the kitchen and in the bathroom were clogged and leaking, it smelled like mold, the sea view for which we paid extra was more like a street/parking view (this wouldn't have been a problem if the description had been accurate)

Low quality and broken/over used appliances(leaking washing machine, coffee maker), no antenna for the TV, lots of mold in the AC(definitely unsafe), dust in not so visible places(become visible when your kid is playing on the floor)

Wonderful view and great accommodation conditions

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a terrace in the small building in front of the pool. It was really spacious and the terrace was wonderful - enormous, with astonishing view which I admired every morning before sunrise. Feels like you are on a ship!! Kitchen is well equipped, furniture was stylish and the bathroom was very nice and clean. The bedroom had a king size bed and a sofa bed that was a big success with our toddler. Our apartment had a private entrance - no lobby or elevators needed. The beach is just bellow the hotel with easy access. City center is also very near with great restaurants and many flower gardens. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Definitely will visit again!

Location, service, cleanliness, view. Definitely will go there again.

There is no restaurant on site and there are no beach umbrellas included. However, this will not be stopping us from going there again. Maybe just adjust the price a bit

Not optimal for families

- great beach

- Five days I heard House music with heavy basses ("I won't forget you, lalalala la la..."). There was a bar at the swimming pool playing all day long into the night (sometimes they stopped at 11 p.m., at weekends it was even longer). - There was one air conditioning in the main room which was working fine, but in the bed rooms it was very hot and stuffy.

Thanks for a very nice vacation, we will come back to the White Cliffs very pleased.

I don't drive car but it was possible to order a shuttle service from the destination directly. In the beginning we were facing some small issues in the apartment which were sorted out immediatelly after we' ve pointed it out. The owner of the resort took care of everything in a proffessional way and with customer friendly attitude. The destination is a very nice and quiet place for everyone who's looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

The resort also includes an outdoor bar located by the pool. I would welcome pleasant, smiling and communicative service here, unfortunately the lady behind the bar didn't smile even once and when we wanted a recommendation of a good non-alcoholic cocktail, she pointed at the drink list in a look-it-up-yourself style. We didn't try again.

Great vacation in a great location!

Excellent location with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The apartment was very nice, big and with all the appliances that one might need. Two nice pools and the beach was very close. And the hosts were very helpful - Hristo and Nikolay are doing a great job! Thanks!

Nice short vacation

Nice place The beach right in front of you (only the pretty swimming pool stands between). A very comfortable and perfectly equipped apartment for two adults and a child during a 3-night stay.

An announcement about the night parties at the pool bar would be honest. Those with children or who prefer a relaxing stay, not a fun one, would appreciate the information.

Great hotel, even better personnel!

If you are looking for a family place but still with life, this hotel is the best in while Byala! Location great right next to the beach with good pools for children. But the best experience we had is the great personell of the hotel. Both managers, cleaners and the baristas in the bar! I want to thank them very much for the pleasant stay we had. Greetings from Belgrade, Serbia!

Very good

The apartament had everything a family needs and the host was very helpfull. The location was nice. The beach was clean but the sea enterance is full of stones and there are a lot of stairs to get to the beach.

Everything was ok. The couch was a litle unconfortable. The furniture is a little old but nothing disturbing. It looked exactly like in the pictures.
