This is one of these ideas that turned to be really good.
The hotel is, actually boat and one can expect all that comes with it.
Rooms are, actually old passengers cabins and do not expect anything glamorous, (it is not one of those luxury cruisers, though). I am former seaman and used to "crampy" cabins. However, this place has no such kind of cabins. It is simply nice.

Location is perfect, it's city center and there is reserved parking spot so we were able to come and go as we please. Rooms are surprisingly complete. Overall great experience.

The breakfast was nice, delicious and plentiful. The old ferryboat was also impressive. The bed was clean, comfortable and towels were fresh.
Parking: nothing warns ⚠️ but book parking separately. Contact reception separately from booking. We messaged that we would come by car, to learn at the reception a bit cynically that they noted that, but thats not a booking for parking lot... explicitly send a booking message. Shower: the water changes from warm to cold and back randomly. The shower cream dispenser was on the ground and toilet seat was broken. No amenities. The room has earplugs, no sound insulation, you can hear everything, very noisy.
