Kleines, gut gelegenes Haus welches mehr Pflege und teilweise Erneuerungen benötigt.

Grundsätzlich ein kleines gemütliches Haus mit Whirlpool und Sauna. Ausgestattet mit allem was man und sauber bei Ankunft.

Das vorhandene Sofa ist mehr als durch, dieses muss dringend ausgetauscht werden. Es ist keine Polsterung mehr vorhanden. Man Sitz im Prinzip wie auf einem Holzgestell überzogen mit dem Dekorstoff. Allgemein könnte man die Einrichtung etwas moderner abstimmen, ein paar neue Vorhänge und Bilder würden schon ein anderes Bild ergeben. Der Teppichboden in einigen Schlafräumen bedarf ebenfalls eines Austausches. Auch im Außenbereich müssen vom Geländer und Terrassenverkleidung dringend Holzbretter getauscht werden, ein Anstrich könnte das Ganze dann auch gebrauchen.

Enttäuschend...

Die Insel ist selbst im Herbst wunderschön.

Haus war bei Ankunft unzureichend gereinigt: Dreck auf Sofa und Sitzpolstern, Spinnenweben überall, Haare im Bad und Badmülleimer voller benutzter Hygienartikel. -eklige Toilettenbürste im WC war schon bei unserer Ankunft in Plastiktüte verpackt (zweite Bürste daneben?) Duschamatur hält nur unsicher, wurde schon notdürftig repariert. -Unter der Spüle in der Küche stand alles voll Wasser: Wasserhahn ist lose und Wasser läuft daran vorbei in die Schränke. -Kein Toaster, der Sandwich-Toaster hat ein gebrochenes Kabel (!) Gefahr von Stromschlag. -elektrischer Mixer in der Küche defekt- unbrauchbar. -diverse Lampen (im ganzen Haus) defekt oder fehlende Leuchtmittel. -Kein Licht im Kühlschrank oder Herd -gebuchte Bettwäsche am Abhol-Ort naß, konnte in der Unterkunft getrocknet werden (WaMa und Trockner im Haus). -Wollte die Mängel schon zeitig weitergeben, damit für den nächsten Gast vielleicht Abhilfe geschaffen werden kann, aber Vermieter war nicht erreichbar (Mailadr. nicht überwacht, Chat mit Bot, Telefon mit Warteschleife)...
