La tranquilidad del lugar y la ubicación, me gusto el balcón y la alberca. Y los que más me gusto es la interacción con la fauna del lugar (principalmente aves).

Tenía que usar internet y la señal es muy mala, nunca me pude conectar con el internet del hotel. Por otro lado, sé que es un lugar de clima cálido, sin embargo uno valora el agua caliente y en los primeros días no había agua caliente, no se extraña del todo, pero si es un servicio que se requiere.

La ubicacion es excelente, rodeada de naturaleza y cercana a puntos relevantes del lugar.

En general hace falta mantenimiento tanto en las habitaciones como en las areas comunes. Algo que note que me parece importante pongan atencion son las instalaciones electrticas, algunas no funcionan de manera adecuada, otros elementos como enchufes y centros de carga tienen cables expuestos lo cual puede ser peligrosos para huespedes pequeños. Otra cosa que me parecio un poco exesiva es el proceso de entrega y recepcion de la habitacion. sobre todo cuando los electrodomesticos son viejos. Piden que se entregue la tarja limpia pero no dejan elementos para la limpieza (jabon y fibra lavatrastes).
