simple solution for those who have not a lot of expectations

good solution for the price. they also allowed me to checkin earlier

a lot of noise from bars nearby, 4 floors without elevator, warm water difficult to regulate, and very poor wifi everywhere

Great stay at cozy place

Great place to stay. Location is just perfect. Grocery store a few minutes from home. Beautiful Karon beach within walking distance. Hotel staff is very friendly! On the day of departure we forgot some things in the room and thanks to the help of the staff we returned them later without any problems. Thank you :)

Super location, friendly staff

Location was excellent near the beach 2min walking, calm area not near the hustle of pubs and night clubs. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was alittle bit small, and there was aproblem in the shower, the water didn't go easy into the gutter. It made the water flood.

Exceptional

Good day. Nice and peaceful area with diversity of street food options around, fruit markets, walk to the beach takes 3 min. Plenty of trip options offers on a boat around and money exchange points. Hotel has a nice tiny garden in the center of the building that makes special ambiance. Room cleaning every day + new towels, bad sheets. But what truly makes that place special is it's staff, exceptionally attentive, polite and helpful. I wanna say one more time thank you to that lady and gentlemen who were taking care of us during our stay.

So close to the beach! Very big bed, stay was very comfortable and great value.

WiFi is a concern but very comfortable stay otherwise

The bed was comfortable, the staff were fantastic, plenty of space in the room, the shower was good, very quiet area, close to the beach, lots of storage space and the Air-con was very effective.

I did not like the lack of a hairdryer and the WiFi was the worst I've ever experienced. I was in an end room and I couldn't connect at all during a three night stay. The box TV on the table didn't have any channels on it so it seemed like a pointless feature.

A very charming place to stay in the touristic Phuket

The staff is very helpful and kind to the guests. The hotel is very charming, you indeed really feel like you are staying in Brazil or Cuba. Very close from beaches and restaurants, shops or scooter rental. I definitely recommend it !

Disappointing

Good location and friendly staff.

The rooms were very outdated and needed refurbishment. You can find better places for cheaper prices. The quality of the bed sheets were not good at all. You could feel that it was very low grade and it was so uncomfortable that we had to change our hotel. For the price that they charge and compared to other places nearby this is was a disappointment.

Gorgeous unique stay, le hace honor al nombre, es una casa de otro mundo.

The place is gorgeous, it has its own vibe. Every corner a beautiful detail, it feels you are in a different place with its own time. Loved it. It has a small, beautiful garden with a man made little creek with fish. Beautiful room, beautiful toilet. Comfy bed and furniture. Really nice staff. Super close to the beach. At the moment not too many restaurants open but found 2 walking distance, really good. Some restaurants in google appeared like open but they are not. 7 eleven and family mart super close in main avenue.

Only that I didn't have a hand towel or shampoo, but didn't ask either.
