Situation, confort, la literie, la salle de bain. Rapport qualité/prix, vraiment pas cher. Proximité de la mer.
Cela donne sur la rue à l'entrée du marché de nuit, donc pourrait être vécu comme un peu bruyant (personnellement cela ne m'a pas gêné, pourtant je suis sensible au bruit).

The location was ok
There is no elevator our room was in the 4th floor we had to use steps all the time.
