The room was *very* clean and very comfortable. Our host was not exactly relaxed, but really helpful and making sure that we are in good hands.
The common areas seemed to lack some hygiene, the staircase had a pretty uncomfortable smell.
Note that the room we stayed at *was* very clean and while staying in the room there was no bad odour.

It's located near the Malenovice hrad and the bus stop is really nearby. The room feels nostalgic by itself, It is actually quite nice and the family are really nice people.
If you are coming here with a car, Google maps kept showing me wrong directions to get there , you have to enter through the next road and then it's easy to find.
