We only stayed the one night due to our ferry being delayed. We needed somewhere in the centre and near the ferry for a 3:30am departure. This apartment was ideal for that.
The owner/manager was a really nice and friendly man. We were able to check-in at 12:30pm as the apartment was available. It was good to get early access.
The apartment is clean and comfortable for a short stay. The price per night was fair for being in the centre.
It would be good to add a few pots and a frying pan to the apartment. There is a kitchen and stove but nothing to cook with. We boiled water for coffee only.

Good location for the port and bus service around the island. Nice and clean. Good price, shared kitchen was a bonus as well.
It would help if the kitchen had some pots or pans.

The location was very handy, having a little outdoor area was also helpful for drying items. The host was very welcoming.
Sadly the emergency exit light was insanely bright - very disruptive for sleeping. The hall light didn’t work or one of the bed lights. One one of the days it was very noisy from upstairs (a gentleman talking very loudly on the phone we assume, chairs scraping across the floor etc. Then one of the nights the people in room 4 were so very loud, although this was not the fault of the hosts I think soundproofing is needed.
