It was very close to Kokura Station, Restaurants, and Convenience stores. They serve free snacks and drinks at a certain time of the day. Clean rooms and space is decent for two people. The lobby has a warm interior and a classic vibe.

Clean, comfortable, close to shopping centrel/shopping street/konbinis. Paid but limited parking available near the hotel. Staff were very helpful, changed rooms for us when we had an issue with the toilet.
Bit dated, needs an update to room interiors. Bit cramped but fine consider the price point.

It is conveniently located opposite the train station and the rooms, eventhough tiny, is good enough for short stays.
I arrived early and checked in, leaving my bags at the front desk so I could return later. Since it was drizzling, I sat in the lounge to plan my next stop, but the staff told me only checked-in guests could use the area eventhough I had prepaid days in advance. I’m usually easygoing with low expectations, but being shooed out while it was raining was a big no for me, especially when there are plenty of clean, no-frills business hotels around Kokura Station.
