The taxi booked through the hotel at 5.30 am on a Sunday was constantly excessively speeding. When the odometer hit 145km/h I felt unsafe and had to firmly signal that he needed to slow down. It is very important to add that I fed this information to the hotel - and they have been extremely apologetic, were unaware and promised to take the issue up. Although it was a ' short night before departure ' hotel - it tainted the otherwise very friendly staff and clean spacious room.

This is hotel that knows what it is purpose and focus is and does them very well. It is located in a good part of the city and an easy walk to Ala-Too Square and all the main attractions. The staff are friendly, the wifi is good and the breakfast spread very generous indeed.

No hot water and the airport transfer didn't come and get us.
