From our welcome to the hotel through breakfast and check out all staff and the proprietor were warm, informative and helpful. We were offered lots of useful information about Tongeren, it's history and useful places to know about.
The hotel has lovely character, it's history is tastefully featured as well as being very comfortable.
Being able to park without fuss or extra charge was good too.

Lovely welcome, the room was large and everything had been thought of. We had a continental breakfast which was delicious plus there was cereal and cakes. The hotel was spotless, parking good and all within walking distance of town. We are already planning our return next year.
Nothing could have been better. All perfect.
