Todo el personal es muy amable y dispuesto, las instalaciones muy agradables, las habitaciones muy cómodas y la alimentación deliciosa. Que se pueda disfrutar de la piscina hasta las 8:00 pm es un plus para cuando se llega muy cansado y se requiere un espacio de relajación

Destaco su excelente ubicación céntrica.
Me gustaría expresar mi insatisfacción con respecto a nuestra reciente estancia, ya que el servicio no cumplió con las expectativas habituales:
Climatización: El aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente, lo cual hizo que la habitación fuera incómoda y calurosa durante la noche, afectando nuestro descanso.
Amenidades: Notamos una reducción drástica en los artículos de aseo personal (champú, gorro de baño, etc.). Al solicitarlos, nos informaron que estaban escasos.
Gestión de suministros: A pesar de haber reservado una habitación para cuatro personas, solo se nos proporcionaron toallas para tres.
Esperamos que estos puntos sean tomados en cuenta para mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes.
