Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sauber.
Ich hatte ein Zimmer, das sehr stark nach Zigaretten gerochen hat, so dass ich nicht schlafen konnte.
Ich musste zuhause alle meine ungetragenen Kleidung auch waschen, weil der Geruch von Zigaretten so penetrant war.

The hotel was located in the center of Giresun, and the environment was very clean and pleasant. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. The staff were wonderful and always helpful.
I truly had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
