The location and the apartment was in really good shape. The two lounge sofa beds have seen better days, but still managed to provide me with a good night’s sleep. The guard, don Wilmer, was exceptionally helpful and really nice always.
A bit of noise from outside, the windows don’t block out enough sound as you could. The blinds are good to manage some privacy but don’t block out much light

Easy to check in, good location. Could have a few basic cleaners and please consider replacing the plastic cutting boards and utensils with quality stainless steel and wood cutting boards. The non stick pans are worn and toxic. I have managed a portfolio of upwards 200 units, many furnished full service and i suggest finding stainless (used has been my preference for value) because the cooking utensils will last whereas the non stick stuff wears out easy and is toxic.
The noise outside , especially as we were warm and had the windows open overnight.

The apartment was nice, good location
They advertise high speed internet and there wasn’t any reception in the bedroom. Water in toilets was so weak that it gets clogged very easily. Not a single shelf in the bathrooms to put anything, we booked for 4 people and there was 3 towels, there was only two sachets of shampoo and conditioner. We gently asked the administrator to improve all this for our next apartment two days after and we got the same inconvenient situation.
Besides, he said that Booking doesn’t allow them to collect money with credit cards and we had to pay cash, which had never happened to us anywhere else.
I don’t recommend this place, it’s not worth the price you pay for it, it’s just very basic accommodation.
