Its absolutely a vintage property in the heart of Fountaihas and staying here feels like a resident. The staff is very polite and cooperative.

The location was about 100 metres away from where Google Maps said, that happened not only with me but also with the cab driver that came to pick me to drop to the airport. But this is not the hotel's fault

Casa colonial típica en el barrio histórico portugués de Panaji, rodeada de restaurantes y calles pintorescas. El hotel es pequeñito pero tiene todo lo necesario. El restaurante de la planta baja está muy bien, con comida típica de Goa, cócteles etc. muy limpio y bien presentado. El personal muy atento y amable.

El desayuno no está incluido en el precio, pero tampoco es necesario, ya que hay muchos cafés alrededor. No había perchas en el armario (aunque enseguida las trajeron) y la mesa de escritorio no tiene silla.

The location is very nice. Right in the European looking area.

The hotel is kinda dated - not posh heritage as displayed. But just older. The reception is small room as everything else has become a restaurant. Its not a 5 star heritage property. More 3 star BNB
