Excellent customer service from the hospitality team esp Audrey and Nurul. Nothing was too difficult . I was especially touched when the team agreed to buy local street food ( bbq fish and Chicken wings) from the Friday pop up street market . The wifi was stable, fast and not throttled . Working remotely during quarantine was seamless . Thanks team .
The next best thing was the balcony . A luxury when in quarantine, able to step out into fresh air, sunshine or rain. Bonus points
The room could do with minor touch ups eg scuffed furniture. The aircon fan was squeaky . It was fine for me but probably ripe for an upgrade .

Comfort and piece and quiet.
Shower area a bit clogged and there are molds along the side of the sliding door.
