Good breakfast, Large comfy rooms. Haven't had a chance to go to wellness or to the pool so can't judge it although it looked nice.
Only one receptionist spoke english enough well so we could "arrange some food". A bit tricky and a bit weird for a hotel of that kind but smartphones and google translate helped a lot:)

The location was a bit remote and nothing in walking distance however the breakfast was amazing and so many options
The fitness center had a mold smell and was in A dungeon looking area. It was a bit scary.
The shower door in our room did not close fully and the water constantly soaked the bathroom floor. The room carpet was very dirty.

El desayuno es abundante y variado. El servicio es muy amable y atento. Ofrecen servicio de recogida (de pago) desde la estación de Qufu (la estación de tren de alta velocidad más cercana si vienes de Beijing). Cuando llegué a mi habitación me di cuenta de que me habian puesto en una habitación de fumador (y yo no lo soy). Bajé a recepción e inmediatamente me cambiaron a una habitación de no fumador.
En cuanto a lo que menos, el problema de siempre. La Wifi está bien si no tienes que trabajar y tirar de VPN. Si es así, se vuelve un suplicio. Va lenta,lenta y no hay manera de trabajar. Al final, si quieres trabajar, tienes que tirar de tu conexión de datos.

The bed was very comfortable.
The restaurant and housekeeping staff were very helpful and accommodating
It’s very dated.
People at front desk and the duty manager on the day when I checked in clearly had no experience with 5star hotels or international guests.
They were very disrespectful, made my check in very difficult, they also initially refused to honour what I had purchased via booking.com
