Excellent location for visiting Hay on wye and shopping for books.Walk to shops very close . Parking easy ,house comfortable and spacious. Clean and tidy with three bathrooms one on each floor. Kitchen with outside balcony for eating if fine.
There are two flights of twisting stairs between floors, which would not suit everyone. Although there are good hand rails.

Great location, close to the town centre and the river, but nice and quiet. Spacious, modern and clean. Comfortable beds and furniture - great to have the balcony.
We had a wasps nest outside the balcony. Although the management company quickly got a pest control guy to us, we still ended up with 6 wasps in my son’s bedroom. The shower was fine, but the shower door seemed to be in the wrong place - and there was no separate shampoo and shower gel. Would have been nice to have milk or a welcome pack.

Great house great location
3 floor window in bedroom is unsafe, safety catch is broken so it opens even when closed, my 4 year old almost fell out the window, on 3rd floor when playing hide and seek in 2025 when staying, it was reported then but still not fixed. This is an accident waiting to happen!!!
The cleaner knocking on the door at 10.35 being unacceptably rude when telling her I thought check out was at 11am. Very defensive and ruined a lovely holiday in all honesty, needs a ‘chat’
