Todo Excelente.
Si debo escribir algo en este item: solo puedo mencionar el colchón de la cama matrimonial y que la calefacción no es a través de calefactores/radiadores, sino que es por medio de caloventor/es.
Pero nos acomodamos y disfrutamos perfectamente nuestra estadía en Valdivia.

Departamento cómodo, limpio, muy buena la atendición y disposición del personal, con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía, estacionamiento seguro en el lugar.

Location is okay
The hotel forces you to pay taxes (19%) even when you’re not a Chilean citizen. We were told the only way to avoid this fee was paying by cash with dollars (of course we only had Chilean) I’ve been travelling for a month and this is the first time this happens.
Wifi never works.
We only got one towel, were told they would bring us the other one but it never happened.
Breakfast is very poor.
Common areas weren’t clean. Bedroom and bathroom were okay.
Definitely can get a better deal for the same price or even less!!! Really bad value for the money.
