Location is really fantastic, very green and close to the lake (/dam), a nice walk to the city. Rooms are OK, not too modern but fine. From what I noticed, all rooms have balconies. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, a big thumbs up for that!
Breakfast is simple, not great - not poor, should be a better variety for the number of guests.
Balcony is good but unfortunately many people smoke on their balcony and the smoke gets into your room easily despite the non smoking sign - of course not the fault of the hotel, but it spoils your fresh air and actually the purpose of the stay - a recovery.
