Very good value, friendly host and great location. The bus stop was in 7mins walk, so it was easy to get to the ski slope. Good kitchen facilities too.
It seems there was no ventilation in the restroom, but it was no big deal. We just opened the restroom door and it was enough.

Good location, relatively close to the bus stop (approx. 7 mins walking) which gives access to (amongst other places) the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, the Maiskogel, and Zell am See.
I found the bed comfortable, bathroom clean and functional and kitchen appropriate given its small size. There was a small toaster oven as well underneath the TV.
Frau Schwarzenbacher was very friendly and also accommodated an early check in for me.
It was a suitable place to stay as a solo traveller, and would gladly stay here again when I’m next in Kaprun.
Small kitchen could be troublesome if you’re cooking a lot or elaborate meals. I missed a dishwasher but the size of the kitchen wouldn’t allow that anyway.
