The staff were very helpful and friendly and greeted me with warm and friendly smile. They very were helpful with answering my enquiries.
Unfortunately there was no air conditioning as well as we found baby lizards in the shower. WiFi was very difficult and couldn't reach out to family abroad back in the United Kingdom.
Overall it was a very good place but it was nothing like was advertised on the website.

The restaurant and food is some of the best I experienced in Blantyre. Nice views from the communal areas and a comfortable bed. For the money it is a good option if you're keeping costs down
The room was small, dark, no air con, one plug and no hot water. However, it was clean.
