Nice Place at the center of Phuket

Well decoration. The bed, pillow and blanket so comfortable don't wanna get out from bed. Did not try breakfast but the area was nice next to the pool. Very helpful staff in the morning she carried my two luggages and wait at the front parking lot. I forget to ask her name not too much tall a little chubby nice and politely.

Great stay and would consider on my next visit to Phuket.

This hotel is stunning with Phuket style Interior decoration. Massive outdoor swimming pool with a decent room size for the price. Parking space available if you’re driving.

The staff continued to asked me how many people staying in the room which I confirmed 2. She keep asking multiple times as we’re 3 friends checking in at the same time however my friend is staying elsewhere. Receptionists continue to ask for more than 3 times which make us feel like we’re doing something wrong. Location is a bit far from town if you’re not driving.

Beautiful Hotel, great stay close to Naka weekend!

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean.

When leaving the property by foot it wasn’t that easy to walk as there isn’t a footpath as such and the hotel is just off a very busy road. Only negative I can comment on.

Such a pleasant place to base yourself for a few days in Phuket. The famous night markets are just a 7 min walk away too

I wish it had a bar and a couple of English tv stations would have been ideal however the free wifi was great to stream content.

Beautiful facilities and decor but noisy

Beautiful room and pool

Sits on extremely busy road without a footpath in some parts, dangerous walk to restaurants. Noisy sound enhancing corridor and building work next door

청결한편이고 매일 꺠끗하게 청소 해주시고 아침 4일정도는 골구로 시켜 먹었어요 침대가 너무 편하고 넓어서 애기랑 자기 완전 좋았답니다 또 오고 싶어요

Beautiful hotel off the beaten track

The hotel was clean and beautiful! The staff were friendly and very helpful. They even set up towel swans for our arrival. We really enjoyed our stay.

I would have preferred to stay near one of the beaches or closer to the pier as we had to taxi everywhere and it’s quite expensive in Phuket!

Parfait 👍 seul bémol la route à pied pour le Old Phuket !

L’accueil La bâtisse La propreté L’ambiance , la décoration, les jardins … Bref tout …

L’hôtel est certes près du Old Phuket mais très difficile d’accès à pied car on peut se retrouver certaines fois sur la route !

I like swimming pool ,but don't have breakfast. I prefer breakfast at local restaurant rather than in hotel. The room is quite good for 1 person , if 2 maybe a little bit tight. Anyway it is value for money.

IF I go with family , may change to bigger room and swimming pool or garden view.

Lovely stay

Beautiful building in colonial style. Great value for money. Close to Phuket Old Town

Not really an issue for us as we have a rental car but it is on a busy main road so if you have no transport, would be difficult to walk to and from

Disappointing

The outside of the hotel looked nice

The cleanliness of the rooms were not good. The first room has stains in the bathroom curtains, sheets and mold in the bathroom and around the air conditioning unit. The second room was slightly better but still staining on the sheets and on the chairs. The bath was also dirty

A lovely few days in a beautiful hotel close to lots of the things that Phuket had to offer.

This is a little hidden gem. A lovely oasis of calm away from a busy road. beautiful pool that was quiet and well maintained. lovely bedrooms - simple, elegant and clean.

The breakfast wasn’t great. Would be good to have the option of simple, individual items instead of having to choose a whole menu.

Superb

Really good hotel. The design and atmosphere is just perfect. Attention to details. The pool is great. Close to Naka Market and away from noise and hustle.

Away from the old town. The rooms are not enough sound isolated, but it's not that bad.

Good property but we feel cheated

The location and pool was great..the hotel had a great ambience and was very clean

We paid for a room with a tub, coz the photo showed there would be a tub inside the room. We were given a room with a balcony tub and since we were on the first floor, the tub was in direct view of everyone, we couldn’t use the tub! We paid extra but didnt get what we paid for!

Unpleasant.

Only the pool area was pretty

1. It was not very clean. The bed sheets were not being changed every day (even though we asked for our room to be cleaned daily) which caused my body to react to the sheets and I ended up with rashes all over my body. When I told them that I no longer want to stay at their hotel they refused to give me the refund for the remaining days. 2. They mentioned it is nonsmoking room but they did not mention that it is a nonsmoking hotel. So we were not able to smoke on the balcony nor next to the pool area which was very inconvenient for me as I am a heavy smoker and if i knew that the hotel was nonsmoking every where I would not have chosen it. 3. They were very stingy with their products such as toilet paper and toiletries. 4. Its far from every thing.

The staff is extremely rude. We were a group of ten people and they cancelled one person room without even telling us. The staff was extremely rude and loud with us. There was no mention of them having no room service. Extremely disappointed.

the location - not near anything and no food and beverage apart from breakfast ( which was very good)

the staff were patient and accommodating and the venue was beautiful/ but the atmosphere felt stagnant and regimente

it’s made up beautifully/ very clean finish and stylish -

no smoking is permitted on the property, this includes the private balcony - this will be a plus for some - but a definite strike for anyone wanting to indulge in a smoke at home / you have to stand in the car park if you wish to do so. come rain or shine!

As good as before

We were there before Covid. see my old review. The hotel is still very good, the reception, the staff, the rooms, the cleanliness and the swimming pool. The only difference is the breakfast, which was excellent, but since the Covid restrictions, it's not the same anymore. Of course, a little disappointed 😞.
