The apartment is very true to the pictures. It has all the "cachet" of a Venetian apartment with wooden beams.
I felt very comfortable in it. The bathroom has been recently renovated so it was clean. The apartment is on the street but a very quiet street and I did not hear a thing. The location is perfect in Dorsoduro, I really enjoy this neighborhood, a bit away from the crowdy center but still in a central place and very accessible by Vaporetto (10min to San Marco).
The host was very kind and super available, she answered all my requests and even accommodated me to check in slightly in advance. She is very trustworthy.
I knew that the apartment was on the ground floor so it was not super bright, but it is something that I knew and expected in advance and again I felt really good in it.

We loved this accommodation particularly for the location to ferries, Peggy Guggenheim museum and all that Venice has to offer.

Nice furniture, quiet area of Dorsoduro. Close to two communication stations: Zattere and Accademia.
The main picture and description are misleading. They don't mention it is a STUDIO. There is not kitchen and two rooms, but just one room, with kitchen annex and a bed separated by the window with no door. Main picture shows open door to the patio, but the door is locked and there is no key. It makes the place quite claustrophobic. Garden shown on another picture doesn't belong to the apartment. We've asked the owner for a key to the patio door, but we got information the door was locked for 8 years and the key got lost (!). If we'd known that at reservation time, we'd choose another place. Contact with the owner is not easy, only texting btw.
Cleaning was late, we had to wait 30 min after the agreed hour. It doesn't seem long, but in 35 geg. Celsius we'd just plan it other way around. Temperature in the apartment was extremely high (almost 30 deg.), air condition was difficult to be switched on (non-standard solution), why was it switched off at all? The same was with kitchenette. Without any assistance we had to look for switches to do anything.
A visitor is attacked with lots information in a guest folder. So many restrictions, warnings (e.g. concerning dishes or litter – with requirements of labeling the bags?!), that one is far from feeling comfortable.
We love Venice, we go there often, therefore we liked our stay anyway, but the number of issues in this apartment was much above normal, that was frustrating. We're attaching a real picture of the door that was meant to be open to the patio, but occurred non-openable.
