Comfortable and clean room, decent breakfast
The shuttle service was very bad, they was not waiting for me. I had to find a way to connect to internet inside the airport, contacted them, and only then they sent the driver, even if I gave them my flight number and estimated arrival time and told them that I could not have an internet connection on my arrival. I had to wait around 20-25 minutes for the pickup. If I knew it, I'd opt for taking a taxi directly at the airport

Proximity to KLIA.
No windows in room, cafe was closed so no food available. Shower door broke and trapped me in the shower until maintenance man opened it.
