フロントの方、朝のお掃除の方の挨拶、自然でていねいでした。建物的には新しいとは言えないのですが、それでも比較的心地よく過ごせました。
ロッカーの戸がうまく閉まらなかった点、修繕いただければと。また、トイレやシャワーの経年劣化。これは仕方ないことですね。

古さは否めないが、一泊を過ごすのに不自由はなく低価格に抑えられた宿泊料。喧騒なく安眠保てる。
部屋の窓から空が見えなかった。夏で朝が早くても暗かった。

場所が良かった。WiFiも良し。設備は少し古いが清潔感はあった。
朝食のサービスがあるとよかった。ユニットバスは狭くて使いづらい。

三連休の最初の日の値段で1番安かった。
モノレールの駅が1番近いが、京成の千葉中央までは全然歩ける距離にあり利便性は良い。
浴室のシャワーが湯と水を両方調節しないといけないタイプ。廊下や施設全体の雰囲気に若干の古さを感じる。
