Great communication prior to the stay and throughout the week (e.g. Reminder about bin collection, local triathlon nearby etc). House was spacious and clean, lots of room for us all to be together yet have space to ourselves (family of 5, 14yrs old and above) . Garden and pool were amazing and the views were stunning. Location was great, nearby coffee shop and great little supermarket with some local produce within a 5 / 8 minute walk. The local town is so quaint and has lots of restaurants and gelateria storea on the lake front. Supermarkets and shopping mall nearby for anything you might need. On our last day we visited Varenna which took just over half an hour and was worth a visit and the stunning Citta Alta Bergamo which was better in my opinion, the architecture is stunning. We wanted a quiet week living in Italy, like locals. We didn't want to fill the week with touristy activities, but you very easily could.
We loved everything, Claudia was great and the villa was perfect.

Wonderful location to explore the East side of Lake Como, easy access to Milan airports by car. Close to train station so no need to drive everywhere during your trip. Beautiful property, pool and gardens, well maintained and very clean. All the essentials are there (e.g. waste bags, dishwasher detergent etc.). Claudia is incredibly welcoming and helpful with queries via WhatsApp during the stay. Great communication ahead of arrival, including helpful videos about the property. I would have no hesitation to stay here again!

The house was spacious, clean and with a wonderful garden and pool. We were 10 persons, four parents and four young adults and we had a super time together. It is a short walk to the closest beach, a restaurant and a mini-market, and in 20 minutes you are in the middle of Colico with shops, restaurants etc
Our host, Claudia, was fantastic. She sent information before the stay, and followed up with more tips during our week in the Villa. She was always available if we had questions.
