breakfast was good, cleanliness was ok, we got a 1st floor rooms, so no stairs or elevator needed, which was good, there is a restaurant and a groceries store right outside, which is convenient.

Pool is great, staff is great, breakfast is hearty, rooms are clean.
It's right beside a major highway, which, to be fair, seems to be most of Villahermosa.

Location and price.
Small room and even smaller bathroom. I needed to remove the diffuser on the bathroom sink faucet to get any flow out of it. The shower water temperature constantly fluctuated while having a shower. The breakfast was not impressive. I've stayed at other City Express hotels that were actually quite nice, this was not one of them.
