Situated in Holetown, this attractive house for $269 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The Falls is a luxury secure community situated next to Sandy Lane and is within 10 minutes walking distance to Holetown. The 20 properties share a clubhouse, well equipped gym and swimming pool with loungers . There is also a manned gate lodge with 24 hour security and concierge service. Shopping is nearby in Holetown and a wide range of restaurants are a short drive away. Guests have free beach club access at the newly refurbished Beach House where there is a large pool, direct beach access and a bar / restaurant. Number 14 is maintained to a high standard and elegantly furnished in a comfortable contemporary style. Downstairs there are ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioned bedrooms. The rear of the house is extremely quiet and peaceful as it backs on to a protected gully where fireflies can be seen at night and hummingbirds and native green monkeys often visit during the day. A fan cooled peaceful patio area at the rear leads to a small private garden which allows guests to eat outside or to sit and watch the monkeys swing through the palm trees. The townhouse has an open plan living / dining area with large wall mounted plasma screen TV and multi region DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Nespresso machine, blender, microwave and full oven and hob. There are two barbeques on the patio, both gas and charcoal. Upstairs the three bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. The house rental includes all linens and beach towels are also provided. It is also possible to rent this house in conjunction with others on the development to accommodate larger groups.

We stayed at Falls in mid October and I have to stay it was such a lovely spot and so amazing it was even more lovely in person than it looks in the pictures. Easy to find and everyone so helpful from the moment we booked. The kitchen is one of the best equipped of any VRBO we have stayed. The house immaculate and such a restful spot. We had the pool to ourselves and also loved the Beach House and meeting others there. Snorkeling, diving and sightseeing filled our days and great restaurants at night. We will definitely be back. We had a lovely stay in this property which is very close to the complex pool which we had to ourselves most of the time and the option to go to the Beach House was also very good with the choice of the beach and the pool and a place to buy drinks too.
The house is in an ideal situation for Holetown and also for exploring the island. Evenings out to the fish fry and St Lawrence are also very easy and not too far.
We had everything we needed and the housekeeping and security staff were very friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very efficient and fans make sure sleeping wasn't a problem. There are also fans downstairs and our only improvement would be to have some air conditioning downstairs too.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and the house was just right for us.

The location between Holetown and Sandy Lane was ideal. The air conditioning worked well for sleeping. Access to the beach and the beach club made the trip very relaxing. We look forward to returning.

This house was really lovely, large rooms, very clean and attractively decorated…. The manager was on call for any problems and the cleaner was excellent. The garden was icing on the cake, pretty, and with a solid roof and fan was delicious to relax inwhen very hot. Would recommend this house

I recently stayed at this 3 bedroom townhouse on a winter trip to Holetown, and was very pleased with my experience. The home, which is located close to several highly rated restaurants and bars was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for my group to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped and the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Our host, Kerry, was also fantastic. She was very responsive and helpful, answering any questions we had and making sure we had a comfortable stay. Overall, I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay in Holetown and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This 3 bedroom town house is on a lovely modern development surrounded by greenery with good facilities onsite such as gym, pool and 24 hour security. It is a 5 minute walk to the main road leading to beaches, shops and restaurants and close to bus stops. The property owner was extremely helpful, flexible and informative throughout, as we had major problems with flights and she could not have been more helpful. We were also able to contact her any time whilst there and received a quick response, although it may have been easier for her if we had a local contact number to WhatsApp. There is a local property manager but we didn't have any contact with her and as the owner was so helpful we didn't feel we needed to.

This place had everything!! I've stayed at a lot of rental properties, but none have been so well stocked with amenities as Kerry's villa at The Falls. Every time we thought we needed to go get something, we found the owner had already thought of it. The decor was beautiful, the house itself was immaculately clean, and the membership to The Beach Club on Sandy Lane beach was a nice bonus too. We travel to Barbados a couple times a year and now have a new favorite place to stay. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

The house was very clean with all the amenities. It was 15 min walk to Paynes Beach or Holetown. Holetown had amazing restaurants and shopping.

Upscale beachhouse chic in a perfect location
Kerry's place was fantastic for our week in Barbados. We love the west coast and it was so nice to be steps to wonderful snorkeling beaches (not to mention our fave little coffee shop, Italia, in Sunset Crest). The beach club passes were a bonus. We made good use of the workout room at the Falls and only once saw someone else use it. When we were actually at the house, we spent most of our time outside on the patio with its comfy club chairs and dining table. Kerry has stocked all amenities - including books, games, and beach toys. All in all, we'd go back in a flash. Thanks Kerry for sharing your home!

Amazing Home from Home
Having never been to Barbados before I wasn't sure what to expect. However, from start to finish we had the most amazing time thanks to this beautiful property we stayed in for the whole duration. At first, we had only booked to stay for one week but on arrival, myself and my friend decided we wanted to stay for the whole two weeks, so we immediately extended our time here. In terms of a holiday place, it offered us everything we wanted from a quiet and secure neighbourhood with all local amenities on our doorstep. We could not fault the house- it is beautifully decorated, with a large and spacious open plan living space and a lovely patio are for seating and outdoor dining. We had all the home comforts and facilities you would expect from a holiday home and more. The house is easy walking distance to the local town and exquisite beaches and there's plenty of places to eat out. When I return to the island I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, including families.

A ‘home from home’ on a beautiful island
The house really was a ‘home from home’ - being so well equipped and looked after. The concierge service was excellent, providing shopping etc during quarantine, arranging a birthday cake and just being available to provide any support. The owners were also approachable and keen to check everything was ok.
The gated community felt very safe. There’s an option to use a smaller shared pool on site plus a larger shared pool near the beach. Great access to Holetown and highly recommend The Tides and Fusion restaurants for more fine dining dinners. The Beach House and Zaccios were great for more casual dining too.
A thoroughly enjoyable time on a beautiful island. We hired a car too and explored different beaches around the island.

This property is located in a development of about 20 homes with 24 hour security. There are common area amenities with pool and exercise room. Outside property maintenance is very good with attractive plantings. There is a comfortable private patio area off the main living area at the rear. Inside, the home is well appointed. We found the property staff to be efficient, helpful and friendly.

Lovely Home
Well located, just 10/15 minutes walk from Holetown. Nice and spacious and well equipped. Pool area was lovely and not much used by other residents so nice and peaceful. The Beach Club was very nice with a large pool and plenty of sun loungers. Nice restaurant on site. The security and other staff at The Falls were really friendly and helpful as was the housekeeper. All in all, a very enjoyable family holiday.

Home from home
We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this property during the Crop Over season - it really felt like home from home! This beautiful property met all of our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
It's situated in a great location - easy to get to local amenities and with good transport links. During our stay, Kerry (as well as the property manager and the housekeeper) were all available to help us with any requests and frequently checked in on us to ensure we were OK. Kerry made the whole booking process easy and was always quick to respond to any questions.
It's a quiet and friendly gated community and we thoroughly enjoyed the access to the gym and pool. Kerry provided everything we could have needed and more during our stay. The rooms were beautifully furnished and the added benefit of AC in each bedroom made it a very cool stay. The private back garden/patio was a great spot to have breakfast each morning as well as do some monkey spotting. The house was equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Everyone we met at The Falls was friendly and extremely helpful and made us feel secure at all times.
I would highly recommend staying here whether it's your first, second or upteenth time to Barbados.

Well situated property near Holetown
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and the amenities at this location. Air con units in each bedroom which were also en suites. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area. Within a short drive to the grocery or the beach property. This was our first visit to Barbados and we had a fabulous time. Thank you Terry for checking in several times!

Perfect in every way
A perfect place for a perfect holiday! We (family of four) absolutely loved our stay at the Falls. The house is so beautifully appointed, has everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room and the location is spot-on. Kerry was a delight to deal with. She was always quick to reply to all of our questions and very helpful.
The location of the home within the Falls gated community is the best of the lot. It is on the best side of the street because the backyard backs onto a lovely green space where you can watch fireflies dazzle at night and monkeys and birds during the day. It is also only one unit (house) away from the pool and fitness room. Although we always had the pool to ourselves (it is obviously not used much) I was glad we were not right beside the pool.
Kerry has generously provided candles to enjoy as you sit on the back patio in the perfectly comfortable warm Barbados nights.
Holetown is the nicest area of the island. The beaches are wonderful and if you want to surf or kiteboard, they are not far away at the South end of the island.
We dived at Hightide Watersports and would highly recommend them. They are only 5 minutes away by car at the gorgeous Coral Reef Hotel.
The staff at the Falls were all so very kind and helpful, like all the locals we met in Barbados. We have been to many countries and found the people of Barbados to be the nicest, warmest and friendliest of any place we have been to. We Love Barbados and hope to be able to stay at Kerry’s place next time.

Fabulous house and great location
The house is amazing - everything we could have wished for.
It is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The Falls is a peaceful, secure small development and well located. Within walking distance of the numerous restaurants bars and shops in Holetown and with bus stops a few minutes walk enabling us to easily get wherever we wished to go without needing a car.
The small garden to the rear of the property was secluded and the patio area the perfect place to eat breakfast or relax with a glass of something cold in the early evening whilst enjoying the birds and family of monkeys we were lucky enough to see.
The three bedrooms were beautiful with air conditioning and great en suite facilities. Plenty of storage space and coat hangers!
The kitchen and living areas were very well equipped/furnished.
Kerry was very helpful and communicative and the house guide was full of useful information about local restaurants bars beaches etc .
There were beautiful beaches within walking distance or a short bus ride away and we also made use of the Falls pool and pool and facilities at the Beach House on occasion.
We would wholeheartedly recommend this property and would love to return here when next in Barbados . It is a gem!

The perfect villa for a holiday in Barbados
This is our second visit to Barbados and our second to No14 The Falls.
The villa is situated on a small private development well placed for exploring the platinum coast of Barbados - well placed for the white beaches and many of the finest restaurants that Barbados offers.
The villa is fabulous , 3 really well appointed air conditioned and superbly finished en suite bedrooms. The wide marble stairs lead down to again a fantastically appointed open plan living / dining/ kitchen area which has everything you need . Triple opening French doors lead onto the patio to allow you to enjoy the quiet of the morning while contemplating your day.
Some 20 yards from the villa is the communal pool and well equipped gym if you fancy a day away from the beach.
I cannot recommend this villa enough it really is 5 star plus....

Great Stay at No. 14 The Falls
Beautifully presented property which is a great location for exploring the west coast of Barbados and beyond. We made good use of the well equipped gym and communal pool. Any questions we had were dealt with directly and promptly by Kerry the owner. We enjoyed staying at The Falls more than previous hotel based holidays in Barbados. Can't wait to return and would highly recommend!
