The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. They do have an elevator which many hotels around here don’t. They also have a separate shower with full glass doors, again many hotels around here have half door or no doors and it’s just a toilet and a shower in the same space. So this was extremely comfortable. The room was very clean and nicely decorated.
The housekeeping staff was also very helpful.

Booked here for a work trip nearby. The biggest plus is how quiet it gets at night—zero honking or traffic noise, so I actually slept through. Comfortable mattress, strong hot water pressure up on the 4th floor, and the Wi-Fi handled large file uploads without dropping once. The desk lamp was a bit dim for working late, but the front desk swapped my room quickly and politely. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town for business.

The staff was nothing short but amazing, highly professional and thoughtful.
The water in the bathroom was slightly orange. It was disturbing. Ants in the bathroom but the staff game me a spray and they vanished after spraying the floor, so not an issue.
